The CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin combination has been studied for synergistic GH secretagogue activity:
  • CJC-1295 (No DAC) binds GHRH receptors, amplifying natural GH pulse amplitude in animal models
  • Ipamorelin selectively activates ghrelin receptors without significant cortisol or prolactin elevation in studies
  • Dual-pathway stimulation produces greater GH output than either peptide alone in preclinical research
  • Supports IGF-1 upregulation in skeletal muscle tissue models
  • Short half-life of No DAC formulation allows for more physiological pulsatile GH release patterns
Every batch is independently tested by a US-based third-party laboratory. Our Certificate of Analysis confirms:
  • Identity of both peptides: confirmed by HPLC and mass spectrometry
  • Purity: >99% by HPLC for each component
  • Endotoxin: <1 EU/mg
  • Appearance: white to off-white lyophilized powder

common questions.

Everything you need to know about CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin for your research. Can't find an answer? Contact our team directly.

CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a 29-amino acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) without the Drug Affinity Complex, giving it a shorter, more physiological half-life. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide GHRP that selectively activates the ghrelin receptor. Together they act on two separate receptor pathways to synergistically stimulate GH pulse secretion in animal models. All activity is from preclinical research only.
The DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) modification extends CJC-1295's half-life significantly by allowing it to bind to serum albumin. The No DAC version (also called Modified GRF 1-29) has a shorter duration of action, more closely mimicking the body's natural pulsatile GH release pattern. Researchers choose No DAC when studying pulsatile GH secretion models.
