All products sold by Clean Labs USA are strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. They are not drugs, supplements, or food products and are not intended for human or animal consumption, self-administration, or therapeutic use. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

- Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
- No information on this website constitutes medical advice.
- You will use all products in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

You must be 18 years or older and a verified researcher to purchase. By using this site you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Access to and purchase of products is restricted to qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, licensed scientists, and organizations engaged in legitimate scientific research. Clean Labs USA reserves the right to request credential verification and to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
orders & pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Clean Labs USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
By submitting an order you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment authorization does not constitute acceptance of an order — acceptance occurs upon shipment confirmation.
shipping & delivery
Clean Labs USA currently ships within the United States only. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Clean Labs USA is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure all products are stored appropriately upon receipt per the storage guidelines provided.
returns & refunds
Due to the research-grade nature of our products, returns are subject to conditions outlined in our policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened, reconstituted, or used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement or full refund — contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic documentation.

In no event shall Clean Labs USA's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Newport Beach, California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
